Postdoctoral position

The Otago Pharmacometrics Group is pleased to announce that we are offering a 1 year postdoctoral fellowship position starting in 2016. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with experience in NONMEM, or similar, who can work with us on a Gates Foundation project. This is a multicentre team, involving 4 international partners, that will work together on a world wide health problem facing developing countries. The project will involve population pharmacokinetic modelling. The postdoctoral position requires a doctoral (Ph.D. or equivalent) degree in a field relevant to pharmacometrics. Experience with NONMEM or other relevant modelling software, MATLAB or R is desirable. Candidates will be assessed for their ability to work as part of the team, communication skills and demonstrated motivation and passion.
