I have an Associate Director / Director - Pharmacometrician position with a top, global pharmaceutical company. Below is a brief description of the role. Job Description Pharmacometrician with Modeling and Simulation expertise. Work closely with other departments such as the Toxicology, Formulations, Drug Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Development departments. Responsible for developing and executing DMPK strategies in drug development teams. He/she must be used to a matrix management environment. Responsibilities Act as the leader of project teams. Oversee the analysis of Pharmacometrics and report the data to the project teams. Collaborate with other group and team members within drug development. Write and review regulatory submission documents. Coach associates and oversee multiple groups' operations. Job Requirements PhD in relevant discipline or PharmD with appropriate experience. 6-10+ years of experience in Pharmacometrics within drug development. Expertise in DMPK, PK/PD, toxicology, etc. Programming skills (NonMem, R, Phoenix, SAS, etc).
