Position Description: Scientist with knowledge of DMPK and PBPK modeling. The role will play a key part in the translation of preclinical and clinical biologics or small molecule projects. He/she will work in collaboration with other project team members across R&D. Key Responsibilities in each role: Provide leadership in PBPK modeling and simulation and DMPK assay design and improvement. Write and review regulatory submission documents. Serve as a DMPK representative and communicate global DMPK strategies. Serve as a liaison with the bioanalytical project groups. Coach associates and oversee multiple groups' operations. Qualifications: PhD in Pharmaceutical-related science with 3-5+ years of relevant industry experience; or PhD in PKPD modeling, Biological Sciences, Pharmacology, Pharmacometrics or related field with minimum 2 years supporting Biologics projects. Working knowledge of DMPK practices and expertise with PK analysis of biologics and/or small molecule therapeutics.
