Dear All After some break, QuantPharm LLC (Leonid Gibiansky and Ekaterina Gibiansky) will again present the workshop on Modeling of Biologics with Target-Mediated Disposition as a satellite workshop of ACoP6 conference, October 8, 2015. The TMDD workshop provides an overview of the PK of biologics, introduces target-mediated drug disposition (TMDD) modeling concepts, and discusses applications of TMDD modeling to drug development of biologics. Latest developments such as modeling of antibody-drug conjugates and immunogenicity, will be presented. NONMEM codes, inputs and outputs for TMDD modeling are provided to the participants.
