In our Pharmacokinetics Center of Excellence involving pre-clinical and
clinical Pharmacokinetics, we are looking for a:
Clinical Pharmacometrician - M/F
(1 year experience desired)
Closely with all stakeholders in clinical development and in an international
scientific and regulatory environment, you will be responsible for population
pharmacokinetic modeling and PKPD analyses of clinical projects.
Your key roles and activities will be:
- contribute to the definition of the strategy of development plans
- participate in the design of clinical trials,
- participate in the writing of modeling analysis plans
- perform data analyses and participate into the interpretation of
the results
- participate in the writing of reports and in the communication
of the results
These missions will be undertaken in compliance with regulatory requirements
and in collaboration with external partners (CRO, other laboratories,
pharmacokinetic and pharmacometrics experts).
Desired Profile: PharmD, MD, Bioengineer or Biostatistician specialized in PK
and PKPD modeling (master degree, PhD or postdoctoral). A first experience in
industry would be appreciated.
Computational skills including the use of NONMEM and /or Monolix and
operational tools (SAS, R, Psn etc ...) are required.
Good communication skills (in English) and team spirit are mandatory.
This mission, available immediately for a period of 6 months minimum, is based
in the Hauts de Seine (Suresnes, close to Paris, France).
