The Toolkit contains advanced tools for deconvolution methods, numerical convolution, new plotting capability, and the IVIVC Wizard. Course Topics & Objectives: During the training users will become familiar with modeling in-vitro dissolution profiles, deconvolution of in-vivo profiles and building IV/IV correlations. Prediction of in-vivo profiles from in-vitro data using IVIVC models will also be taught. The user will become familiar with the use of the IVIVC Wizard as well as stand-alone tools.
