First announcement 6th Pharmacometrics Network Benelux Meeting, Brussels (Belgium), April 2nd 2015

Dear Colleagues, It is a pleasure to invite you to the 6th meeting of Pharmacometrics Network Benelux. Please mark the following date and time in your agenda: When: Thursday, April 2nd - 12:00 - 18:00 Where: UCB , Alle de la Recherche 60 - Researchdreef 60, Brussels, Belgium. Agenda theme: Modeling in Neuroscience You can already register by sending an e-mail to Pharmacometrics.Benelux_at_amc.uva.nl There is no registration fee, but registration is required for participation. Registration can be done until March 25th. The format of the meeting will consist of 3 lectures and 2 "work-in-progress" sessions. We would like to foster the interaction between participants and presenters with the work-in-progress presentations and the audience will have opportunity to provide input and direction. These sessions should therefore consist of 15 minutes presentation (i. project objectives, ii. modeling strategy & implementation and iii. preliminary results) followed by 15 minutes open discussion on ii. and iii.. The meeting will include a light lunch, a coffee/tea break and drinks upon closure. Scientific Program To be announced ***CALL FOR PRESENTERS***: We are still looking for a volunteer to present some modeling work within the neuroscience field for the "work in progress" session, please contact ABROCHOT_at_its.jnj.com if you want to participate. Venue By car: Take Brussels ring road, exit 15a (Lennik/ULB Erasme), cross the round-about and turn left after 200m. (Parking ULB Erasme), at the end of the street turn left again (Alle de la Recherche), at the end of this street take right, UCB is on your left. By Train: Take train, direction Brussels, stop _at_ Brussels Centraal/Centrale. Take subway, line 1B, direction Erasmus/Erasme, stop Eddy Merckx. UCB is at 2min walk, cross the street, turn left, and you'll walk past the UCB site. We hope to see you in Brussels on April 2nd! The intention is to create an informal platform for the pharmacometric community in this region of the world (in industry, academia, hospital pharmacies as well as regulatory bodies), with the goal to promote professional and scientific awareness and interactions.
