Problem of using NM on Server

Dear all: We have set up a server and I'm trying to install the NM, PsN interfaced with Pirrana on server. But we failed to use all threads to run NM models on the server. we just use PsN interfaced with pirrana to run bootstrap but only one thread running in a parallel. Is there any settings in pirrana or NM installing for use it on server? and is there any guidance to tell me how to use server to run NM models? Any feedback would be highly appreciated.
