PAGE2015: Registration now open!

From: Rik Schoemaker Date: January 12, 2015 event Source: mail-archive.com
Dear all, Registration for the PAGE meeting in Crete, Greece to be held from 2-5 June 2015, is now open! Enrolment and payment of the registration fee must be done through the PAGE website (www.page-meeting.org) by credit card only (MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and American Express). Please note that the registration fee is not refundable, not even in the extremely unlikely event of cancellation of the meeting due to force majeure, and needs to be paid within 2 weeks of registration at the PAGE website or you will unfortunately be put on a waiting list. Replacements or substitutions will be accepted at any time. Hotel accomodation will be handled by the local event organiser (AFEA S.A.). Early June in Crete is absolute high season and so both hotel rooms and airline flights will fill up very quickly. AFEA has arranged very favourable rates and has pre-booked a large number of hotel rooms at the conference venue and at nearby hotels, but they need to be booked and paid for in full by January 31st. Do not postpone booking your hotel or you will surely be disappointed. In view of anticipated oral sessions, we would like you to consider submitting an abstract in the category "Modeling of resistance in infectious diseases" or "Pharmacometric modeling using Bayesian analysis". We are looking forward to another great meeting! Kind regards, Rik Schoemaker On behalf of the PAGE organising committee p.s.
