The program is comprised of lectures and group exercises with discussion, combined with hands-on PK/PD data analysis sessions. Topics include: Dose-response-time analysis, advanced principles of turnover modeling including modeling tolerance and rebound, approaches to TMDD modeling, approaches to optimizing sampling collection times, modeling PD effects for combination drug treatments, pattern recognition, and translational aspects of PK/PD modeling.
