Error installing NM7.2 on Windows 8.1

Dear NMUSERS, I encountered a problem when installing NM7.2 on Windows 8.1. The setup.bat script stops at Step 2a with the following message: Step 2a. Make sub-directories of c:\nm720 Extract rest of files Using resource\SIZES.f90 Choosing platform-dependent files ... Will use install_Win.exe Will use util\finish_win_ifort.bat ===Checking compiler Cannot run install === Compiler ifort and/or install program cannot be run Installation Aborted ###### The intel fortran complier (v 11.1), that I'm using, however, is properly installed and functioning and I was able to install NM7.3 without any problems. It appears that there is something wrong with the install_Win.exe file of NM7.2 (maybe a windows compatibility issue?). Has anyone experienced a similar problem and knows how to fix it?
