Dear all, we are looking to employ a new Director of Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology to lead our team of highly dedicated experts within quantitative clinical pharmacology and model-based analyses. As Director of Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology (QCP), you are responsible for management of the department and the QCP deliveries, including development of staff and department. You are responsible for the QCP deliveries in accordance with the project milestones. You will supervise all modelling activities in the department and mentor scientists and align with department strategy. You hold a relevant university degree, e.g. statistics, engineering, pharmacy or other, preferably complemented by a PhD and are experienced with people management. You have expert knowledge within modelling and regulatory interactions, and have a minimum of 6 years' experience from the pharmaceutical industry. You must have in depth understanding of pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics, statistical methodology, and data interpretation as well as hands-on experience performing model-based analyses.
