Job description
Your tasks at Bayer Technology Services GmbH will focus on the design and
conduction of
mechanistic, physiology-based modeling studies in the areas of pharmacokinetics
and
pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) with a focus on the indications cardio-vascular,
hematology, or
diabetes, but not restricted to these. You will also be responsible for the
scientific analysis of
the results and their communication to the customer. You will provide
consulting to customers
from pharmaceutical research and development on systems pharmacology and
computational
life sciences. The primary location will be Leverkusen.
Your qualifications
You have a PhD in the natural sciences (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, physics or
mathematics), engineering, medicine, or equivalent, and knowledge in the fields
of
pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics and mathematical modeling thereof.
Experience in
industry, physiology-based pharmacokinetics and mechanistic disease models in
the
indications cardio-vascular, hematology, or diabetes are a benefit. Based on
this experience,
the role can be senior. You are willing to work in an interdisciplinary team
and are fluent in
both spoken and written English. Ideally you also speak German or are willing
to learn it.
