Model inter-occasion variability and inter-cohort variability simultaneously

Hello everyone, I wonder if anyone has successfully modeled inter-occasion variability (IOV) and inter-cohort variability (ICV) on the same parameter with NM73. I can only either model IOV using the old method to assign ETA for each occasion or model the ICV using the new feature ($LEVEL) in NM73. If I put them together then the run didn't start. NM didn't seem to give me any error message. Appreciate any comment. Thanks. P.S. the system is NM73 with PsN 3.7.6 running in parallel on a linux cluster Jun Shen
