SAEM in NONMEM 7 question

I am running SAEM in NONMEM 7 for a 4 compartment model. At the end of each run I receive the following message, "STOCHASTIC PORTION NOT COMPLETED, REDUCED STOCHASTIC PORTION COMPLETED." I initially tried NBURN=2000 NITER=1000, then tried NBURN=5000 NITER=2000 without improvement. Is is reasonable to use results obtained from the reduced stochastic analysis or is the full stochastic model analysis required? Why is the stochastic portion not being completed and how can I get around this? I can post my code if that would be helpful. Thank you for your help, Mina Nikanjam UC San Diego
