Question regarding PSN

All, I am running NONMOM 7.2 with PSN. Using the PSN sumo command, my NONMEM run is showing an error in the covariance step. However, inspection of the .lst file and matrices reveals no apparent errors. I'm new to PSN and am wondering what I might be overlooking. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!
