Grid licensing of NONMEM

Hi, There is a national computing grid ( http://www.nesi.org.nz/facilities ) in New Zealand which is accessible to academics such as myself at the University of Auckland and Steve Duffull at the University of Otago. We are both interested in using NONMEM on this grid and would like to hear of experience from others about using NONMEM on a grid with particular reference to licensing. My current understanding of Icon licensing policy is that there is are enterprise 'cloud computing' licenses for upto 800 cores (Level 1) or unlimited cores (Level 2) provided the machines are owned by one enterprise and the users are employees of that enterprise. When the grid is owned by a New Zealand based consortium of enterprises with users employed by different enterprises then is there a way to license NONMEM?
