NONMEM execution problem

Dear Bill, Dear Everyoone: I am sending this message trying to get help from you. NONMEM 72 was installed on Citrix, the image of Window XP. I tried to execute NONMEM the same as doing it in Window, but it failed. The message I got is [cid:[email protected]] Any suggestion to solve the problem?
