If you put in a zero, it's not a dose... One is usually used as a "unit dose", a bioavailabity term can be modeled to account for scaling the dose to accomodate to observed dependent variable values. _____

I cannot find a clear explanation on how to use it. I see in a thread discussion that a single unit (normally '1') should be put in, but why not using "0" or a small number (such as 0.001)?
