Is NONMEM has educational version?

Dear all: Happy New Year 2012. I'm a undergraduate student from China. I'm interested in Pharmacometrics and wanna study NONMEM,it seems I need to buy a license so that I can used it,right?But its too expensive for an ordinary student. Is that has educational version?
