Can NONMEM cut input files?

Dear NONMEM Users, It seems like NONMEM cuts my input files. The resulting output files are 1839 kb when I use a lot of dummy points for graphics or when I do not use them at all. The objective function is of course different. There are no warnings. Does it mean I have to allocare more memory for something? Thank you, Pavel
