Summary
In this annual Bay Area Pharmacokinetic and Pharmacodynamics Network (BAPKPD)
event, posters that have already been presented at other meetings get a 'second
chance' to be displayed for the benefit of the scientific community of the Bay
Area. The posters and podia will showcase the use of PK/PD modeling and
simulation in drug research, safety assessment, clinical pharmacology, clinical
trial design, regulatory dossiers, etc.
Abstract Submission:
To submit your abstract please complete the abstract submission form found at
www.bapkpd.org. Also indicate on the form, if you are interested in presenting
your poster in the podium session. Email the completed abstract submission form
no later than May 10, 2011 to [email protected].
Agenda:
1:00-1:15 pm: Registration and Poster Setup
1:15-2:45 pm: Poster Session
2:45-4:00 pm: Podium Sessions
4:00-5:00 pm: Social (refreshments and hors d'oeuvres) and Poster Session
Presenters:
Please have your posters up by 1:15 pm. We will supply tape to mount your
poster. Please bring podium presentations on a memory stick to load on our
presentation computer/projector. Please bring any other special presentation
items with you.
Registration
Please register by going to the BAPKPD website at www.bapkpd.org.
Early-Bird registration (on or before May 12, 2011) is $25 per person ($10 for
documented full-time students and the unemployed).
Standard registration (from May 13-17, 2011) is $50 per person ($20 for
documented full-time students and the unemployed). Registration fee includes
refreshments.
Note: there is no on-site registration but you may register online up until 10
am on the day of the event.
