repetitive parameter estimation

Hi, We have a data file with 250,000 simulated patients, and we want to estimate a parameter in NONMEM using a different set of 50 patients at a time (5,000 replicates, but not bootstrapping). Is there an easy way that anybody knows to automatically repeat the parameter estimation while substituting the new data each time? Thanks, Kehua
