Effect compartment PD model for Multiple Dosing

Dear NMusers, I am working on an effect compartment PK-PD model for repeated doses. The linked model works for the single dose study, so I am thinking of applying it to a multiple dosing study of the same compound. I want to fix individual PK posthoc parameters to get the predicted Ce and, at the same time, to estimate ke0 for PD. Since I haven't dealed with this case before, could you please tell me what is an easy way to code the multiple dosing indirect linked PD model in NONMEM? Thanks in advance, Tianli
