transit model after IV dose?

Dear All I am interested in trying a transit model in an attempt to better describe early drug concentrations following intravenous injection (1 minute and 10 minute infusions) of a sedative-hypnotic drug. I found some examples of transit model control streams following oral administration but I wondered if someone might be able to help me with an example following IV dosing, as I'm currently unsure of the implementation in NONMEM?
