Generate simulation dataset by NONMEM!

Dear all, I'm learning to using NONMEM to generate some simulated PK model dataset. Although i go through the simulation part in NONMEM guide V, but i still can't get the point. Can someone provide some issues or examples for me? Thanks in advance! Best regards! Fang ke
