Install NONMEM on Linux cluster

Hi All, Could anyone please share the experience of installing NONMEM on a Linux cluster with a grid engine? Information about building g77/gfortran (with associated flags) and additional libraries needed to make Fortran compilers and NONMEM work with grid engine would be highly useful. Best Regards, Naren
