Opportunity: Associate Director/Director, Pharmacokinetics (San Francisco, CA)

In this role, you will evaluate the preclinical and clinical PK, PK/PD, and metabolism properties of small molecule drug candidates. You will collaborate with colleagues in Clinical, Preclinical, Chemistry, Regulatory, and CMC in a team-oriented environment to support programs in all phases of development. You will be responsible for preclinical DMPK studies, preclinical PK/TK analyses, and clinical pharmacology studies, including first-in-human studies. You will prepare nonclinical, biopharmaceutical, and clinical pharmacology sections for regulatory submissions.
