can you double check your data and see if you have any missing entries or
blanks in some rows ?
I recently submitted a similar issue to nmconsult to further investigate this
error that happened with a dataset having an individual with some missing
covariate values.
Apparently the NMTRAN data-preprocessor fails, in some circumstances,to detect
that some rows has less entries than the number of columns specified in $input.
The run proceeds normally and the error is not detected until the Table step.
