Career Opportunity: Group Head, Modeling & Simulation - Oncology

Merck Serono has a rare opportunity for someone to join the Oncology area of our business as a Group Head, Modeling & Simulation - Oncology based in Darmstadt, Germany (however we would also consider applicants wanting to be based in Geneva). We are seeking a senior individual (6 years experience in PKPD Modeling, of which 4+ in BioPharma Industry and M&S applied to drug development) who will influence well-focused and efficient drug development strategies in the oncology area through the use of M&S, and promote model-based drug development in the frame of Trial, Clinical and Project teams, as well as contribute to communications with Supervisory Committees, Management, Health Authorities, and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will supervise, coach and develop a small M&S staff and take responsibility for M&S deliverables in the oncology field. Experience and expertise in NONMEM is a prerequisite, with Clinical Trial Simulation or other CATD software is an asset.
