NMQual 6.4.1 fixes broken PNGs on UNIX-like platforms.
Metrum Institute announces the availability of NMQual version 6.4.1.
It addresses a bug in NMQual 6.3.2: PNG images under the html
directory were corrupted by dos2unix.pl for UNIX-like platforms.
dos2unix.pl is now deprecated; conversion of line endings is implicit
(and can be selectively disabled; see config.template.xml for
details).
If you are a Windows user, or a `NIX user not relying on the html
help, you may not wish to upgrade at this time.
NMQual 6.4.1 introduces 'compile-only' and 'run-only' features for
NONMEM(c) runs (see
http://code.google.com/p/nmqual/wiki/UserGuide#Running_NONMEM, point
3). It also has expanded advice for configuration with the Intel
Fortran compiler.
NMQual is a system for creating NONMEM installations; it features
scripted bug fixes and self-documenting output.
