Inter and Intra Subject Variability, QTc

All: ?? Can anyone share, or direct my attension to, estimates of inter and intrasubject variances for either QTc, delta-QTc or double-delta QTc.? Associated NONMEM code would also be helpful.? I'd like to do some simultions. Thanks
