What would the impact be, if NONMEM runs 10 times faster than now?

Dear NMusers, I would like to ask the following question. What would be the impact if NONMEM "single-run" runs 10 times faster than now? "Single-run" is used to contrast to the "multiple-run" of bootstrapping. The reason I'm asking is to know how much valuable it is to pursue the single-run speed.
