multiple dose with unequal dosing intervals

Hi All, I am trying to analyze a multiple dose oral PK data (with unequal dosing intervals) using NONMEM. second dose is given 48 hrs after the first dose and after that the drug is given on 12 hr dosing interval over 14 days.
