Minor correction to list of NONMEM VI 2.0 features.

A user has pointed out that feature #8 (Up to 160 characters per line are permitted in the NM-TRAN control stream.) is not new to NONMEM VI 2.0 but has been true for several years. It just was not documented. Tom
