Sebatien I think this sort of data would be available from previous popn analyses. There are many publications that include a parametric description of their sample population often arising from 100' and sometimes 1000's of subjects. These would relate to the study in question however, e.g. general medical etc. It would depend on what population you wanted. However if you're interested in a multivariate distribution (e.g. the joint distribution of weight and height) then your choices are more limited.
