PAGIN ( India ) - Introductory workshop on NONMEM ,8th – 10th April 2008
Dear all: We are pleased to announce the establishment of Population
Approach Group of India (PAGIN).PAGIN is a newly founded non-profit group in
India, devoted to sharing and furthering knowledge and skills in Population
based data analysis.
PAGIN is hosting its first training course, "An introductory workshop on
data analysis using NONMEM" from the 8th – 10th April 2008 and registration

*Workshop Themes*
The hands on workshop will teach participants how to analyze pharmacokinetic
and pharmacodynamic data using NONMEM VI. This is an introductory course
designed for participants with no previous experience of NONMEM, although we
welcome those who have limited experience and wish to expand their knowledge
base.
*Who are the course faculty?*
The course will be taught by the following highly accomplished,
internationally renowned and friendly volunteers.
Bruce Green, Associate, Projections Research and Senior Lecturer, School of
Pharmacy, University of Queensland, Australia.
Glynn Morrish, Postdoctoral Fellow, School of Pharmacy, University of
Queensland, Australia.
Diane Mould, President, Projections Research, Pennsylvania, USA.
*How is the workshop planned?*
The course will be run over 2.5 days comprising of lectures and hands-on
computer sessions. Each participant will be allocated a computer during the
hands on sessions to maximize their learning experience. Sessions will be
interactive and problem-based using real datasets.
