Senior Scientist, Pharmacokinetics

Senior Scientist, Pharmacokinetics Ellicott City, MD ICON Development Solutions Reporting to the VP, Pharmacokinetics and Biopharmaceutics, the selected candidate will serve as a Senior Scientist or team leader on projects; perform analysis and documentation of all phases of analysis of pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic and biopharmaceutical and population data; determine the best approach to accomplishing the project goals prior to the start of a project, work with the Project Manager to prepare a timeline of all procedures/tasks/goals and their completion dates, reviewing reports from completed projects; manage and attend team meetings; resolve scientific issues and/or problems; and write scientific papers, articles and chapters to support endeavors in new science. The qualified candidate will have a Pharm.D. or Ph.D. and 2-5 years of experience in pharmacokinetic data analysis. Must have working knowledge of WinNonlin, NONMEM, drug development requirements for pharmacokinetics, and FDA regulations and guidelines as they apply to pharmacokinetics and Phase I clinical projects. Excellent organizational, communication and computer skills (Word, Excel) are essential.
