REML implementation in NONMEM

Dear all, In the Yano, Beal & Sheiner paper that appeared in JPKPD vol 28(4) 2001: pg 389-412, the use of restricted maximum likelihood (REML) is discussed. In that paper the reader is referred to an old nonmem repository for its (apparently nontrivial) implementation in NONMEM. That link unfortunately is not alive anymore. So my question is: Could someone please provide me with a REML implementation for NONMEM or the aforementioned material? Best regards, Jeroen J.
