The workshop will cover topics such as non-linear regression, assessment of goodness-of-fit, pharmacodynamic modeling and experimental design and comparison of models. The program consists of lectures as well as hands-on exercises on real-life case studies under supervision of experienced teachers. Steady-state, link, receptor on/off and turnover (indirect response) models. Modelling reversible and irreversible responses. Functional adaptation, tolerance and rebound. Disease models. Multiple dose and subjects PD data. Dichotomous data. Based on the background and concepts provided by the course lecturers, delegates will apply this information during hands-on sessions.
