I suggest that you look at NONMEM Users Guide VIII, EXOGENOUS
SUPPLEMENTATION EXAMPLE

A fragment of the data follows. Record 1 specifies the SS infusion
for the pre-existing drug, which ends at time 0. Record 2 gives the
baseline observation.
Note also the use of R1 in the $PK block.
