updated NONMEM output viewer

Dear Colleagues, The windows based NONMEM output viewer described earlier has been updated, with bug fixes. Bug fixes are that it now correctly handles SAME blocks and handles missing files and files that are not NONMEM output files correctly. Additional features include printing out SE of estimates, if available, and listing any blocks that are FIXED or SAME. The output is also a little less verbose. If you want to automatically la! unch this at the end of a NONMEM run (from the DOS command line), Put this line in nmfe6.bat: c:\progra~1\nmsee2\nmsee2.exe %2 after the line COPY OUTPUT %2 This code assumes that you've installed nmsee2 in the default directory (c:\Program Files\nmsee2) As usual, please let me know if you find any bugs/inconsistencies between the actual NONMEM output and the summary. thanks Mark Sale MD Next Level Solutions, LLC www.NextLevelSolns.com
