Adaptive Designs and MoSAiC
Dear NM Users,
I would like to extend a personal invitation for you to attend CBI's
Dose-Finding Clinical Trials Conference. Scheduled for February 26-27,
2007 in West Conshohocken, PA, this Adaptive Trial Design-focused
meeting convenes industry thought-leaders in a high touch, interactive
environment.
Jerald Schindler, President of the Pharmaceutical Research Division at
Cytel Corporation will Chair the meeting, which features experts from
BMS, Novartis, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, Millennium Pharmaceuticals,
etc.
One piece of the agenda I thought would be particularly interesting to
the group is a Pre-Conference workshop led by MoSAiC. For those of you
who aren't familiar with MoSAiC, please read the description below.
MoSAiC (Modeling and Simulation Applications in Clinical
Pharmacotherapy) was created to bring together modeling and simulation
scientists in the greater New Jersey/Philadelphia area. The organization
is built upon three pillars: professional networking, social interaction
and technical proficiency. MoSAiC provides an avenue for critical
thought, community leadership and knowledge advancement, with the
ultimate goal of fostering innovation and strategic use of modeling and
simulation approaches in optimizing pharmacotherapy.
