Do you have some standard tests / benchmarks to compare performance (more exactly,
speed) of NONMEM
on different compilers? Vladimir indicated that Intel is much faster than Digital in
some of the
examples. I wonder whether you have any way to check, compare and recommend what is
the fastest way
to run NONMEM. Specifically, comparison between g77, Digital and Intel would be very
helpful. I
guess, optimization options can play a role, any recommendation would be
appreciated. From what I
have seen/heard, g77 is the most stable of those but it would be very interesting to
compare the
speed as well. Any advices on OS (assuming that they are used on the same CPU):
Windows 2000, XP vs
Linux?
