Vladimir indicated that Intel is much faster than Digital in some of the examples. I wonder whether you have any way to check, compare and recommend what is the fastest way to run NONMEM. Specifically, comparison between g77, Digital and Intel would be very helpful. I guess, optimization options can play a role, any recommendation would be appreciated. From what I have seen/heard, g77 is the most stable of those but it would be very interesting to compare the speed as well. Any advices on OS (assuming that they are used on the same CPU): Windows 2000, XP vs Linux? Thanks! Leonid _______________________________________________________
