AUC computation using noncompartmental method

The problem is that the drug is metabolized by multiple pathways and is extremely variable. On top of that it is an extended release formulation. Three plasma sample are drawn around the projected Tmax. I have never used NonMem for non-compartmental analyses. My question hence is: If a compartmental model cannot be fit to the data, is their a way to determine the AUC? Thanks, Dan _______________________________________________________
