From: Johan.Rosenborg@astrazeneca.com Subject: [NMusers] Missing data, MDV and PCMT Date: Wed, January 26, 2005 4:47 am Dear NONMEM Users, I have used EVID=0 and MDV=0 to indicate when there is an observation and EVID=2 and MDV=1 to indicate when there is not an observation in a data file adapted, and - as I learned from Jeffrey Koup - PCMT=*CMT*. I have fitted and ADVAN8-based model to log-transformed values of two PK variables monitored in plasma and urine. My remaining problem: despite the above measures, NONMEM occasionally avoids to predict some values where no observation were available. I would appreciate any suggestion on how to solve this problem.
