Multiple Dosing

I want to model, say, 10 oral doses at an interval of 24 h, and the observations come after the 10th dose. That is, the subejcts took 10 doses, and subsequently blood was drawn at short intervals during a day to measure plasma concentrations. I tried the AMT and II data items but something is missing or not working, I can't get it running. Maybe another data item that I forgot. Can anybody please help me seting up the data file?
