Emax modeling question

We have tried 2 subjects and the control stream works ($PRED). However, when we use the entire data set, there are error messages. From what we can see, NONMEM is having problems with the data file. I have multiple values of "0" for concentration and different values for effect. Has anyone experienced this or have a solution? I'd like delete as little data as possible. Thanks!
