NONMEM on LINUX

From: "Panetta, Carl" Subject: [NMusers] NONMEM on LINUX Date: Thu, March 14, 2002 3:37 pm I am trying to setup NONMEM V 1.1 on our Redhat LINUX 7.2 system and have had some problems. In particular, the setup seems to go well, i.e. no errors. But, when I try to run the test I get the following error: nmfe5 CONTROL3 REPORT3 WARNINGS AND ERRORS (IF ANY) FOR PROBLEM 1 (WARNING 1) NM-TRAN INFERS THAT THE DATA ARE SINGLE-SUBJECT. Starting nonmem execution ... Segmentation fault (core dumped) Does anybody know of any setup problems that are particular to LINUX that I need to consider? J.
