From: "Ludden, Thomas" <luddent@globomax.com> Subject: [NMusers] Announcement Date: Mon, 15 Oct 2001 17:41:46 -0400 GloboMax LLC is pleased to announce it has obtained exclusive licensing rights to UCSF NONMEM, the premier software package for nonlinear mixed effects modeling, from the University of California at San Francisco (UCSF). The agreement enables GloboMax to exclusively distribute UCSF NONMEM to current and future end users and to freely develop and distribute new software, which enhances or complements the existing NONMEM software. In this regard, GloboMax solicits user input regarding the features they would like to see in future releases of GloboMax-enhanced NONMEM and NONMEM-related products. Please send your suggestions and comments to nminfo@globomaxnm.com. PLEASE NOTE: All current licenses between end-users and the Regents of the University of California will remain in force until their next expiration dates following December 12. Sixty days prior to such an expiration date, the UCSF NONMEM Group will contact the end-user with instructions as to how the end-user can continue to use the NONMEM software under a license with GloboMax. PLEASE ALSO NOTE: As part of these new responsibilities, GloboMax will now host the NONMEM Users Network. The new address for posting communications is nmusers@globomaxnm.com.
